Benefits of the Livinroof

The Livinroof is a high performing roof system which can incorporate as many or as few glass sections as you’d like. It can be used as part of a replacement roof project or as a new build conservatory roof. The combination of composite external panels and glazed sections enable the Livinroof to provide all the benefits of a solid tiled roof conservatory with the natural light intake of a fully glazed extension.

For the Beadling project, the client wanted to create a year round living space as they found that their existing conservatory was too hot in summer and too cold in winter. The Livinroof was an excellent choice for this project as the combination of glass and composite panels helped to provide the necessary levels of insulation.

Fully approved high performance products

To create a stylish aesthetic finish to the conservatory upgrade project, the Beadlings carefully chose their preferred glazing products. The Livinroof incorporated sections of feature glazing and a decorative cornice to create an attractive finish. The windows and doors were Deceuninck Heritage style, specified in white, which provide an understated aesthetic which enhances the overall look of the property.

The Livinroof system was fully approved for current Building Regulations requirements and was registered by JHAI for the LABC approved roof system criteria. The client was very happy with the installation and left us this glowing review:
