Replacement conservatory with LivinROOF

The Godsiffs needed to revitalise their existing conservatory and transform it into an area they could easily use year-round. We were able to live up to those expectations by installing a new LivinROOF along with some new aluminium windows and doors from Origin.

The LivinROOF is a fantastic option for a conservatory roof. It is designed to provide all of the benefits of a solid conservatory roof but combine it with a natural light influx akin to a glass conservatory roof. Energy efficiency is another great benefit of the LivinROOF, as well as the stylish aesthetic that it provides. The thermal performance is aided by the use of insulating composite external panels. It even has the option of choosing the number of glass panels used on the roof.

"We selected Lifestyle to help with the replacement of our old, cold and leaking kitchen conservatory because they were local agents for Ultraframe Livinroof and we wanted a solid roof replacement with a glass panel insert. Liz and Chris quickly and helpfully guided us through the alternatives and we opted to keep the old plinth walls and footprint with the Livinroof, and Origin windows in beautiful Anthracite.

The cost and quote were very competitive (we had taken several others including a well-known and advertised wooden frame supplier), and work started as planned and on time. Antony and Dan quickly sealed off the kitchen so we could continue to use it, and within a day the old structure was gone without mess or fuss. The total installation including refitting, plastering, electrics and final finish was seamless, taking little over 1 week with absolutely no disruption to home life, or noise- it was like clockwork!
