A common issue with older conservatories is that they’re unable to retain heat well in the winter and are too hot in the summer, which severely limits the amount of time that can be enjoyably spent in there. As part of our replacement conservatory service, we use modern, thermally efficient components to ensure your conservatory will be comfortable throughout the year.
We acquire all the required building control approval before replacing any areas of the conservatory. LABC approved roofs are also available and can be approved after a minor works notice.

Old roofs are culpable for large amounts of heat loss, however our replacement glass roofs are fitted with energy efficient glazing to reduce it significantly. Alternatively, we also supply a variety of tiled roofs, three of which are on display at our Ilkeston showroom.
