With 3 simple structural components, the Ultraroof is faster to fit than any other tiled roof. Your daily life will not be disrupted for long and your space will be completely transformed in a flash. Installed with a warm roof system, the Ultraroof is fully insulated and achieves U-Values of 0.16 – you’ll notice the difference in temperature instantly!

As they are finished with a plastered internal ceiling, a tiled roof replacement enables you to select your preferred lighting options, including downlights and spotlights. These options are not available for traditional glass conservatory roofs. It is also possible to install an opening glazed skylight, allowing you to increase the level of natural light in your extension.

You can specify the tile colour, facia boards, and even the ridge and capping material, so your new tiled roof can be designed to look like a part of your home, rather than a glazed extension.
