A wealth of glass options available

All the windows in the Rose Collection are highly customisable. We offer a wide range of colours, glass types, bar designs and more, to allow you or your customer to individualise our windows as required.

What’s even better is that, depending on which window model you choose, we offer two styles of window furniture. Both are available in a range of colours that are complemented by a selection of extra furniture items, such as limit stops and d-handles.

Secured by Design

Your home’s security is our top priority, and all our Rose Collection sash windows exceed British Standards security requirements. Strengthening multi-chambered frames are fitted with glass panes that are internally beaded so that they cannot be removed from the outside and all windows are fitted with a traditional fitch lock. All Rose Collection sash windows are optionally available with the enhanced security that provides PAS 24:2016 accreditation and Part Q compliance for new builds.

All our windows can achieve A-rated energy efficiency, impressive U-values of 1.5 W/m2k, high security and independently tested sound insulation means that not only will they make your home look great, but any of the window styles from the Rose Collection will keep your house warm all year round, saving you money in the process.

Windows that are weatherproof

Rose Collection sash windows are independently tested to BS6375 for air and water permeability and window loading. All models achieve Class 3 for air permeability, up to 8A – the highest you can get – for water tightness, and 100 Pa (114.3 mph) for wind loading, which is classed as hurricane level. They also come with a 30-year guarantee against fungus and rot, 10 years cover for any issues relating to workmanship and materials, and 5 years for paint and stain.

Little to no maintenance required for Rose Collection windows

There is little to no upkeep required with any of the Rose Collection windows. A simple clean once every several months will keep your windows looking as good as the day they were installed. Their inward tilting mechanism feature is perfect for high-rise buildings and residents with limited mobility.

Versatile hardware

As standard across our Rose Collection portfolio, windows over 700mm wide come with two locks, two tilt knobs, two-pole eyes on the top sash and two sash lifts on the bottom sash. Windows under 700mm wide normally feature one pole eye and one lock instead of two.
